I'll definitely make Shangri La a part of my Arizona activities the next time I'm in the Phoenix area.Show lessI visited Shangri La Ranch in September 2019 while in Phoenix for a business conference. It is a very nice facility with both heated and unheated pools, sauna, jacuzzi, showers, a large area with lounges for sunbathing, tennis courts, a large and comfortable clubhouse and dining area. Some of the choices are shuffleboard, billiards, horse shoes, quilting, and Bingo. Thank You for your continued support and participation at our facility.

Shangri-La RV Resort is Under new ownership and management as of April 5, 2017. On future visits I will request something a little closer to the wifi hotspot. The resort itself is great, but there are a lot of small things they could do better. They do all the little things exceedingly well. 637 likes. We moved 3 days later when we could find something else and lost the money for the rest of the week. Our RV park is family owned for over 30 years. This park was rated 10.10.10! The staff in the office (Cathy, Sheila and Tom) are great people and offer any help that you may need.Thank you so much for such a nice review. The newest addition is the Pickle Board. We really cannot say enough about this beautiful resort. I might also bring a repeater to make sure I have coverage. We've stayed several times in several rental units. We look forward to another great season with you next fall. The park offers many activities which you can choose to participate in or not.

The company's clubhouse features a large fireplace, dance floor, tables and chairs for indoor dining, card games and other social gatherings. They rent 'park models' which seem to be uniformly in poor repair. So while vacationing in AZ, I decided to visit Shangri La, located about 30 miles north of Phoenix.
