The Harry Potter tour would Defo go again such an awesome place to be. I was annoyed when I tried to send them an email, but on discovering that they never allow complaints to be sent in and addressed I'm properly p***ed off at them. They made a cartoon shown to my children where everyone who didn't like their new programme was ugly and stupid and a wreck. They’re fantastic at advertising their promotions but not so good when it comes to honouring them.
