While most routes are harder, there are a handful in the 5.8-5.9+ range that are great for beginner climbers. Read more in Thank you! In the spring, snow runoff creates impressive waterfalls and rivers that course on the north side of the canyon at Paradise Forks, which is also a popular rock climbing location. These flow spectacularly with seasonal rains.When you come to the Forks, be prepared for stout and thrilling climbing. Sycamore Falls can be reached by car and is located at the upper head of the canyon at Paradise Forks. Turn left on FR 109 and take for 2 miles until the Sycamore Falls trailhead parking on the left.
When you visit, remember to respect nature by leaving no trace! The area is in Sycamore Canyon at a point where the canyon is actually a Y-shaped confluence of drainages.
