This movie will be invaluable for those Christians unsure how to answer questions from doubting friends, family, or neighbors. When Balki, who hails from the distant country of Mypos, arrives unexpectedly at his cousin Larry's Chicago apartment, cultures clash … with perfect comedic timing. Not unlike his portrayal in The Perfect Stranger. A cheap film for uneducated and narrow-minded masses. What a bunch of religious crap. First off the story makes no sens whatsoever and is only an excuse for Christian propaganda. The film is produced with an Evangelical Christian point of view, but really anyone, agnostic, atheist, or any other orientation can watch the film without being at all offensive because it really is from the point of view of 'what if? Still I was made speechless.

I stumbled across this one time when I was laid up with a back injury and really loved it.

Carefully picking out subjects that are favorable for Christianity and shows disfavor of other religions. Christ would never do any of the petty things depicted in this film. . . The characters of Grace, Josie, and Mrs. Hill all have blogs dating back to September or October 2006 with YouTube videos of the respective actresses, in character, speaking the text of the entry with minor changes. I can only give this movie a awful rating of 1. 14 out of 24 found this helpful. I especially love the ending - it gave me chills. This movie easily appeals to believers and non believers alike.

No doubt this film (which is well made for what it is)seems like a wonderful witnessing tool to those who intend on bringing a distorted message of particularistic salvation to people who are incapable of reading Sacred Texts, thinking outside the prefabricated box, or accepting that perhaps when Jesus said "many sheep I have who are not of this fold" he may have been referring to followers who were not of the Christian faith, but who followed Him nonetheless. Watching this film was more of a personal spiritual experience than it was a movie. This film really did engage me, and I think it would do so to most people.

Three great movies that are both uplifting and challenging Although these are rather low-budget films and the acting is not the caliber of professional that we are used to in big-budget films, I found the whole concept fascinating and quite accurate. The entire Perfect Stranger saga, based on the bestselling novels by David Gregory. I love how it portrayed Christ - as a friend we could have dinner with one night. Dinner with a Perfect Stranger: An Invitation Worth Considering Perfect to show to someone, or watch yourself, that is struggling with their belief. I am very rarely made speechless by films or anything in general. Those questions are really pretty common among all people; do you know anyone who didn't want to ask 'WHY?' I would highly recommend this film to anyone who's seeking some of life's answers - it answers many of them. After Hill's conviction, Miles visits Rowena. It doesn't take long to be convinced that Jesus really is sitting at that table across from Nikki. The female lead was a bit unconvincing at times, but the male actor more than made up for it. It is impossible to think of anything else while sitting in the theater, because you are so drawn in to the discussion and can't wait to hear more! The movie was laid out in a typical format with very believable events, except of course for the part about dinner with the perfect stranger.
