Yep, i got this too, only for archers though. i've tried not using mod and it still happens.

A Total War Three Kingdoms map bug is causing the map to disappear when people are trying to play the latest entry in the RTS franchise. Right, the first fix to try with the Total War Three Kingdoms launch bug is to launch it from its “.exe” file. I'm having the same issue, though its all attack commands for me, not just the archers
