I had egg cups, i use ham as a base, some green chilies and cheese and then I crack an egg and cook it at 400° till the yolks are mostly cooked but still slightly runny. I would say this is yoga for weight loss.Now this workout was insanely tough the first time I did it! but i have seen huge improvements. I like doing some exercise, but I often push myself too hard. In Georgia, I used to go to a kettle bell class 4 times a week.I’m not a huge yoga person, but I love Tara Stiles! !Yeah, it’s on my end for some reason! If you like defined lines on the body, try this workout a couple times a week!
