We asked for details on dishes on the menu including what part of the cow the steak came from and she was able to give us information on everything on the menu we asked about.Visited on what was told the second night of opening, not that we noticed! This Award Winning hotel is set in 29 acres of historic landscape on the edge of Chesterfield. Many of the herbs and vegetables on the menus are sourced from the hotel's own Victorian Kitchen Gardens, meaning only the freshest ingredients are used by head chef Sean Oswin and his team. The restaurant staff were friendly and polite and a pleasure to be around and the chef's did an amazing job! The Peak District is less than 10 miles from the hotel. Our iconic Coach House Suite is quite unlike any other function room at Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa.
