It's gotta be scary to quit your job and go all in on your dream. This interview has givin me some suggestions for some horror films, lol "DAVID: Be innovative.

The Shining used classical music to great effect. "...we wanted to make the player feel really alone with no hope of finding someone who could help him and no backup." This industry severely needs more like them. "Be innovative. ;) I saw plenty of walkthroughs on this game and i can honestly say watching this is beyond scary which is a good thing because i was recently looking for scary/horror games genres on marketplaces and stores and i found no such thing im not sure if it was ever there but if there was a category for it this game would take the cake ........the scary cake I bought Outlast and the Whistleblower on the XBOX One, and I just loved it, even though I usually avoid all the scary/horror games :P But the 'experience' was so good I want to play and finish it again.

There's nothing scarier than experiencing horror through the helms of a character. Best decision they could have made was making it a game about avoiding enemies while traversing in darkness. I'll find a way to support it though. The three were previously developers for Ubisoft Montreal and EA Montreal, but founded the company after the origination of an original intellectual property by Dallaire in 2010. It's amazing they're are people that can come up with this stuff...I'd scare myself too much even making those levels... Will be very interesting to see what their next project is. Couldn't get much more the opposite than that. At least someone agrees that house on haunted hill was a good movie, plus the shining was ace The Shining was a pretty rad movie, but ironically kind of a poor adaptation of Stephen King's novel. It has been a long time since we have seen an interesting survival horror game - until OUTLAST was released by Red Barrels. Red Barrels is an independent video game developer founded in 2011 by Philippe Morin, David Châteauneuf and Hugo Dallaire. totally respect devs that actually listen to fans and put out dlc the way it was meant to be, to extend the game rather than use dlc to suck peoples money with bs like day 1 pre-order dlc or on-disc dlc.

F.E.A.R. I like the way this indie studio approached this game, also I can't wait for their next title! Interesting interview, looks like it'll be a good one. Show us what you're working on new already!!! Movies I can handle, but truly scary interactive mediums, I sometimes have to pass. Heck yeah. It could have been more impacting if you did have someone helping you in the beginning than BLAM! I look forward to try this as soon as i can! Games lately have forgot what makes scary. Looks very impressive definitely looking forward to their work. Same here! Would be cool if Red Barrels licensed some creepy classical music for use in a future title.
