Only minutes from the central business district and with a choice of fabulous restaurants and fantastic rooms, we are the ultimate urban retreat. While the hotel do provide free wifi, it’s very laggy. It is the only hotel in the city that has been awarded Five Star status for both accommodation and spa in the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide for nine consecutive years (2012 to 2020). Fantastic in Hong Kong ... No wonder someone told us that the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong is the best of the best. As we always endeavour to provide our guests with memorable experiences, it is unfortunate that we did not achieve this with you and I sincerely apologise. Preferential treatment for other guests. We understand this arrangement could be the government measures during this period but its strange when it closed during peak season and opened only when most guest are checking out. This award-winning property has a prime location, close to the financial hub with easy access to luxury boutiques and entertainment venues, and minutes away from Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Bed is too soft. The spa, pool and gym is good.
