My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt House for our anniversary trip. The air condition only worked in the bedroom area but thankfully it wasn’t too hot sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge/kitchenette area. The buffer breakfast was basic conveyor belt fare and did not really cater well to special dietary requirements.

Heated spa and There was an egg station where people could place orders but there was a line when we were there so didn’t make use of it.

For the 10 mins I was there in lobby checking in, there about 2 large group of people back to they hotel room from outside, they have no face covered and hanging out in the front gate and lobby, and the elevator said no more than 4 people for a ride, they all in there, and there is no staff on top of it.
