They have high ceilings making everything feel big and roomy. The whole resort is has very outdated decor appliances and fixtures.

The… The crowds have not only affected the traffic, but also the trails, which can be too crowded. These are very small issues and aren't that important to me personally. The unit was a 2 bedroom Town home. It is so quiet and relaxing. The Clubhouse includes a ramp to the front desk; pool and whirlpool chair lifts; an elevator to the second floor; and accessible restrooms and showers. It was spacious and very clean. There's a well-apportioned full kitchen, a fireplace upstairs and downstairs. The units are impeccably maintained and have fireplaces (gas) in the living room downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. The resort itself is designed to allow both experiences seamlessly is what make the Arroyo Roble timeshare resort truly unique among all Sedona hotels.
