I missed the first few episodes of the first series so am delighted with this product. I don't feel that this show is dated in any way and the price was amazing for such a quality program. A fantastic show; I hadn't seen it since the 90s and had forgoten how good it is. This show is borderline-unwatchable due to its soundtrack, yet there are other aspects that are quite enjoyable. I had forgotten that the early episodes of this series were a bit creaky, and at first Ally seemed so young, goofy and nervous that she felt more like a teenager than a smart 27 year old lawyer.
