I've been wearing this same model in a woman's size for about three years, and it's great to prevent plantar fasciatis!I struggled with PF for a couple of years and with home therapy and lots of attention to wearing the right shoes my PF is gone. I compared them side by side with my old Orthaheels and the arch support on the Vionics was significantly lower that the Orthaheel. For me this is a good thing b/c the old model was too wide and a bit too long. These have held up nicely and don't break down. So, they do what I needed and I’d buy them again.
