El-Tayara the Founder and Managing Partner of KCP Capital, a Dubai-based advisory and principal investment firm, has over 18 years of experience working in the investment banking and financial transactions arena in the Middle East, Russia, Africa and other markets.

Mr. El-Tayara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut ( With Distinction) and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He has more than 25 years’ experience in international investments and business development. Previously, he has worked with multinationals and industry leaders in the UK, Canada, USA, the UAE and Kuwait, in the areas of operations, finance, treasury, public accounting, and strategic and corporate planning. Tricap is a real estate development, investment, and management company operating in major markets around the United States.

Prior to establishing KCP, Mr. El-Tayara was with investment banks Merrill Lynch and Salomon Smith Barney.

She started her career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in Mumbai and worked in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, consumer, and retail verticals.Hina has 10 years of experience in the investment banking and private equity domain across origination and execution roles.

Shan is a co-founder and Partner at Tricap Investments, and Chief Investment Officer, International Investments at Al Jomaih Group. He has more than 25 years’ experience in international investments and business development.
