I agree this would be a great addition to Strava. You can report any problems with the weather data using the Report option at the very bottom of the screen. Wind obviously obviously has a big effect on times for cycling and if you ride in rain, hail and gales you look much tougher and get more kudos. This would allow one to see the Leaderboard for a segment but also to weigh that against the wind direction when a particular time was set. Humidity and wind etc etc.... ambient weather, altitude... all would be really cool. It would be nice to have this built into Strava.
