Thanks Arabella! This wonderful hotel played a huge part in a near perfect weekend. The receptionist was amazing.

Office staff is not knowledgeable about products sold in the store area (wines/beers). The staff is helpful and goes the extra mile to assist guests, such as when our corkscrew broke. Reviewed by Goodtravels100

Staff went above and beyond what was expected. We get to our room it has a beautiful patio overlooking the courtyard with live music by the fire pits. Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing.

There is a private dog park which is well groomed & convenient to all buildings. It was my birthday weekend and the breakfast staff (Cheryl, Terri and Melissa) brought out a slice of cheesecake and sang Happy Birthday to me. The room was modern and had a lovely patio looking onto the courtyard, with beautiful mountain views. A hearty breakfast is included, and there is great enertainment most evenings in the courtyard. The hotel lobby and grounds are kept meticulously clean, and all staff is concerned with all aspects of your stay; wanting to help, if they can. The Arabella Hotel sits on a calm stretch of Sedona highway, surrounded by native greenery and majestic red rocks. It matters. I only wish the front desk gals were friendlier and engaging. We booked a hotel in Camp Verde that turned out to be far from acceptable. Read our reviews and book now. Sincerely Antonia AlexievMy husband and I stayed at the hotel in April. He also helped me navigate on the lobby computer when l had trouble. Arabella Hotel Sedona invites you to relax, renew, and explore in one of the most beautiful natural places in the world. If we had more time, we would have definitely used the outdoor pools and hot tub.Exceeded all expectations, a true crystal in SedonaWhat a great place! The courtyard rooms lead right to the small lawn, fire pits, live music on Friday and Saturday evenings and spectacular views. The breakfast is complete - so many choices: fruit, yogurt, eggs, meat product (while I was there the meat choices were bacon one day, sausage another, and a Mexican style scrambled egg with meat another day), and potatoes. It's a short 2 hour drive from Phoenix. It felt like an exclusive resort without the resort prices. Staff very attentive. Thank You Colleen Springborn room 245Honestly the best part was check in. Several restaurants are in easy walking distance. While the landscape was absolutely spectacular, the staff at Arabella was equally outstanding. How much time do you spend in the room?

During our stay they had a few complementary events -we attended the live music and stargazing. And Glory and Terri did an awesome job with breakfast. This was my first time visiting Sedona AZ. Awesome job.Hotel, property, and rooms nicely updated. The lobby and room were perfectly spotless and the bathroom was really nice. My husband loved the bedsheets and comforter.

However, the front of our room was adjacent to another room’s patio. There is a sunset viewing point here as well. Just such a perfect property.

The front desk staff consisting of Kelly, Philip Watt & Jackie Hackley were very pleasant and helpful. A short walk into town for coffee, restaurants, poking around the art galleries and metaphysical shops. If you're a person who just uses the place to sleep, this is a great hotel. Friendly staff.

211 reviews of Arabella Hotel Sedona "Hotel was very good. The property is pretty on the outside but the rooms are TINY with no closet. I loved that about this place. NThis was our first visit to Sedona and we felt like we "lucked out" by choosing this hotel! I will make sure to let Johnnie know how much of an impact she had on your experience. We are looking forward to youe next visit!Pretty decent stay. However, I would have liked to have a desk or writing area in my room, and I wish there were at least one overhead light, besides the lights at bedside and lights at the seating arrangements: the room was mostly dark unless you turned on the light by the dressing table, which cast light into the room; but that wasn't a good light for the room.

My only issue was with the room keys.

Above all, the staff is friendly and helpful from the front desk to the room maintenance and grounds people. We had a great stay and even ran into a coworker unexpectedly. There is an entrance to a number of trails a few away from the hotel and restaurants within walking distance. It had nice panoramic views and the grounds were well kept.

Yes, pets are typically allowed, but it's always best to call ahead to confirm. Friendly helpful staff. Great location. The concierge, Jackie, is well-versed on all that's going on around Sedona, and can answer all of your questions, and take of any wants or wishes that you may have.

Oh, by the way, your room includes a full all you can eat breakfast every day. Definitely want to go back to the Arabella!Great suite, comfortable beds, in house coffee and tea. Nice quite pool.Jackie went above and beyond in helping make our 3 day stay memorable.. Best concierge ever! The room was clean and comfortable.

Which languages are spoken by the staff at Arabella Hotel Sedona? The staff speaks multiple languages, including English and Spanish. She was able to share info on the various local jeep tours which made it an easy decision on which one to pick. All the staff was very professional and friendly and attend to any request we had. Own or manage this property? Will absolutely only stay here while in Sedona.

We enjoyed our second floor balcony view all three nights of our visit. I made my reservations online and had to call because I screwed up; they were so accommodating. The kids used the larger pool and the smaller, more private pool was too cloudy.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and surprisingly quiet. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time here to really take advantage of the amenities. Our experience surpassed all expectations for a hotel. Very reasonably priced for a lovely experience! Front desk was very pleasant and helpful.
