Jay Bird's is a quick-service restaurant that serves up the best of Nashville hot chicken in long beach. The food was okay, nothing exceptional. The menu changes seasonally, so there's always a new dish to discover. The comeback sauce did not taste as good as Howlin too.

I had the first bite of the chicken and right away I loved it. I have been coming here since they first opened. "How is this business handling reopening?

But I'm not only a fan of this food but now a bigger fan because of the customer service. The group was interacting and talking with workers who were making food and they were touching to go boxes  (a few of them kept moving the boxes, stacking and restocking them around in a playful manner).

With that said, I really enjoyed my lunch, the chicken was crispy but not greasy and I really liked the "spicy" level hot sauce, which is the 2nd lowest I believe.
It was so goood that I was debating to get  a half chicken order to go.

I was disappointed already.
