I got a room upgrade which made me very happy. When you can't reach operator and hang up the phone because you don't want to wait anymore, they can't call you back afterwards. Tried the breakfast which was very fresh, the pool bar was sooo good as well, but the best experience was in the Turkish restaurant.
When you need something, you need to wait on the call at least 10mins to reach to operator.

Please see our partners for more details.Fairmont Ajman is a beachfront five star hotel beautifully situated in Ajman, the Sincerely Emirati emirate, just 30 minutes away from the bustling metropolis of Dubai. Asked and was given an early check in plus cot for 15 month old. The welcome at the hotel was good but, with COVID19 so prevalent you would think that their staff would uphold some safety standards. Ajman is a little outside of Dubai, and doesn’t have a lot there, but other than going into Dubai via taxi (around 30 mins I think) we didn’t want to leave the hotel. The view is amazing !!! Taxes and fees that are shown are estimates only. We are living in pandemic, there is no sanitizer, wipes etc. Pool team is clearly understaffed. The view is amazing !!! At Fairmont, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Great view and courteous people though, but I wouldn’t recommend the stay.What a fantastic hotel, with beautiful views and sunsets from then terrace, food was amazing and the service was exceptional with lots of attention to detail. I stayed at a few hotels in not only Ajman but several of the Erimirates during my time here on this side of the world. Can’t wait to visit again. Yes, it conveniently offers a business centre, meeting rooms, and a banquet room. Nice little private beach. Ajman offers an exciting mix of beaches and mangroves to museums and malls that will tempt travellers of all ages.
