It was a little ways away from downtown, but it was a short, maybe 3 minute, walk to the subway. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was warm and friendly. You need to have your own vehicle though to get around.Great location and lots of fun to visit the Christmas market at the base of the Rathaus. There is something similar to a lounge for bonvoy members.

One area of improvement what the hotel could look at is the parking charges, 24€ per day is a tad too much. The entire hotel staff is wonderful. Our room was spacious and clean.
