Justin David "JD" Phillips, age 33, of Apple Creek, died Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Aultman Hospital in Canton, following a one month battle with COVID.

Justin was born on June 29, 1988, in Orrville, to John David Phillips and Cheryl (Moore) Phillips and attended Orrville High School.

He worked as a grill cook for McDonald's on Lincoln Way in Wooster.

Justin was a music enthusiast and he loved playing drums, guitar, and going to concerts. No public services will be held at this time. Jim's wish for cremation was granted.
